Eating Macaroons on the Steps of a Church in Paris

In the course of the year traveling, I’ve contributed quite a few food blogs to my travel site, Bags & Biscuits. Over the course of the next few months, I am going to rework those posts into Simply Sophisticated so that all of my foodie friends don’t miss out on the fantastic food experiences I shared.

Any of you who followed the travel blog will probably recognize those post, but for the rest of you…They are new!!!

I am also looking for suggestions on what you would like to see. Do you want more restaurant reviews? More photos? Different formats? Please feel free to share what you would like to see. After all, you spend the time looking at what I post. You might as well make it worth your time 🙂

I’m also dabbling in the world of video. It seems to be the thing to post short videos for making the recipes. This will take time to do and for me to get up to speed. I’m sure the first ones will be horrible like my first photos are. I intend at some point to reshoot all the original photos with new ones. There is A LOT of room for improvement.

The final goal is to shift Simply Sophisticated onto a self-hosted site. Phew, not looking forward to the almost certain glitches from that change coming up, but it’s a necessary evil. One I should have done a long time ago.

So there you have the potential but ever-changing and adaptable plan. I look forward to your suggestions and comments as we all move forward. Happy cooking and eating as you enjoy the flavors of life.
